There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor and order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
Please note the following appointments cannot be booked online as they require additional time and resources. Please speak to a receptionist if booking for;
- Post natal check for Mother and Baby
- Coil fit
- Contraceptive implant fit
- Medical reports (such as HGV/DVLA medical)
- Minor ops/joint injections
- If you feel you need a double appointment
To be able to access this facility you will need to have log in details. Please contact Reception, who will provide you with the application form for Online Services. Alternatively, download the appropriate form below to complete at home then email it to the team at [email protected]. We will also need to verify identity so please also attach a photo of yourself and your photo ID. Forms sent without the accompanying ID will not be processed.
