Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions to be ready for collection.
To order your medicines please either hand in a repeat request to reception, post your request to us or order online (ask Reception for details about registering for online services). You can also email your request through to the following address;
This inbox is checked regularly throughout the day. Please ensure your email includes your full name, date of birth, items you require and where you would like your prescription to be sent.
The following pharmacies have a courier service with us so that you are able to collect directly from them.

If you wish for your prescriptions to go to another pharmacy please be advised that Controlled Drugs cannot be sent electronically and you will either need to provide a stamped addressed envelope or collect these from the Surgery.
If you want your prescription to be posted please send a stamped addressed envelope with your prescription request slip.
