Date for your Diary – 17th march 7pm – Whether you struggle with your physical or mental health, Westbank and Good Vibes studio and Gym have a Zoom session, free of charge, to help you set achievable goals, keep motivated, learn what exercise is good and safe for your condition, as well as advice on what is available locally for you.
The session will be online via Zoom. No requirement to have your Camera on. There will be demonstrations but with no requirement to take part.
