Part time role 20 – 25 hours per week
Barnfield Hill Surgery is a thriving GP practice in the heart of Exeter. We pride ourselves on offering excellent patient care and access for all of our patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a passion for healthcare to join our reception team. The team are a really important part of the surgery and support our clinicians in making sure our patients receive appropriate and timely care to meet their needs.
Your role will be varied and you will have the opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive learning environment. No two days will feel the same!
You will be a great team player, have a background in customer service or patient care and be able to work well under pressure. Experience of primary care and clinical booking systems such as EMIS would be an advantage.

As a surgery we are open between 7.30am and 6.30pm and you may be required to work a rota’d shift pattern to cover these hours.
