Please do not attend the practice to request a repeat prescription. You do not need to attend in person.

Please ensure you add your full name, date of birth, item name(s) and nominated pharmacy to the request so that we are able to process your request. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy for your prescription to be sent to, then we will leave a printed prescription for you to collect in reception unless you request a local pharmacy to collect it on your behalf.
You can also sign up to the NHS App to order repeat prescriptions online.
